Working with Don and Bobbi was wonderful from beginning to end.
I had recently lost my mother when I first talked to her about what my next steps might be. Bobbi showed so much compassion and support for my situation. Before Bobbi and Don offered their real estate services, they expressed the hope that I would be able to stay in the house and offered assistance in trying to make that a possibility. Once it became clear that keeping the house would not be possible, Bobbi, Don and her team came up with a proposal to sell it for its maximum value.
They were always clear in their communications, clearly explaining their suggestions and why they were making them. They were available to me whenever I had a question or concern. I admit that I didn’t always see (or share) their vision at the time they made their suggestions, but in the end their suggestions and instincts were 100% correct, and they never led me wrong!
In addition to dealing with the grief of losing my mother, I was also having to go through the process of getting the house that my mother had lived in for 40+ years ready for sale on my own, while also working full-time. I felt incredible pressure to get things done in a timely manner. I didn’t always succeed. Throughout the whole process, Bobbi was simultaneously compassionate and supportive of what I was going through, while also giving me just enough of a push to get everything necessary for the sale done on deadline.
Thanks to the knowledge and guidance of Don, Bobbi and their team, the house was sold within a week of it being listed and shown, and for $160,000 over asking price!
